Life, Family & Executive Function Coaching

Clear the invisible clutter...

ClutterFree Coaching helps individuals and families sort through the thoughts, responsibilities, patterns, and challenges that make life feel crowded. Through personalized coaching programs, you can gain clarity, strengthen what matters, and move forward with practical, purposeful action.

There is more than one kind of clutter.

Clutter can appear in your surroundings, thoughts, routines, relationships, or the responsibilities competing for your attention. You may be navigating a major transition, managing ADHD or executive-function challenges, or seeking a healthier way forward for your family.

Wherever the clutter is showing up, you do not have to sort through it alone.

About

Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Lindsay Haynes, founder of ClutterFree Coaching™ and ClutterFree Projects.

I began this work by helping people declutter and organize their physical spaces. Over time, I realized that the things weighing us down are not always visible. Clutter can also look like mental overload, competing priorities, unresolved decisions, outdated expectations, unfinished goals, or responsibilities that leave little room to hear ourselves think.

That realization became the bridge between my work as a professional organizer and my work as a coach.

I am a Master Professional Organizer with specialized training in life transitions, brain-based conditions, productivity, and move management. My professional background also includes human resources, project coordination, operations, community service, and ministry. Across these different roles, a common thread has emerged: I help people bring clarity and structure to complexity without losing sight of the person at the center of it.

My Christian faith is central to who I am and shapes the way I see people and approach this work. I believe every woman is created by God with inherent dignity, unique gifts, and meaningful purpose. I also believe that clearing clutter can create room to recognize what matters, steward what we have been given, and move through life with greater intention.

Through ClutterFree Coaching™, I support women who are navigating change, carrying a heavy mental load, working through challenges with focus and follow-through, seeking greater clarity and alignment, or pursuing a goal that matters to them. We begin with what feels cluttered, stuck, unfinished, or out of order and work together to determine what needs to be understood, released, reorganized, or moved forward.

My Coaching Approach

My coaching is warm, thoughtful, practical, and deeply respectful of the whole person. It is informed by the Co-Active coaching approach, which recognizes each client as naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. You are not a problem to be fixed, and coaching is not about someone else prescribing the life you should live.

My role is to listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, help you notice what may be difficult to see on your own, and support you as you make intentional choices and take meaningful action.

Together, we create enough space for you to see more clearly, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and intention.
